This is our venison meatball stew. Take some venison sausages and remove them from the skins. Make up your meatballs and cook them well and put them to one side.
Chop up some onions and garlic and brown in a pan. Just add a little salt to help the onions caramelize.
Deglaze the pan with red wine, add some chopped chorizo and tinned tomatoes.
Cook it for at least 20 minutes then serve.
