Description – This is a classic Italian style air dried pork belly, like posh bacon you can eat raw. Dry cured then hung for at least 8 weeks.
This is amazing on a pizza, as part of a platter or wrapped round game or chicken.
The sliced pack is at least 90g
Ingredients – Local Devon Pork, Cure (salt, pepper, bay, juniper, cinnamon, sugar).
